116TH STREET, QUEENS, NY

Dextall's recently completed project on 116th St. in Queens represents a major leap forward for both our company and the prefabrication field at large. Working with client JLS Group, we delivered a complete 55,000-square-foot facade for a 9-story, 55-unit apartment building in significantly less time and with substantially fewer labor and resources compared to conventional construction methods. Fabricated by our expert production team, Dextall's all-in-one exterior panels arrived onsite in New York just as the building frame was completed. The project faced challenges due to the unusually shaped lot, which came to a sharp point on its southern edge, requiring precise panel alignment at exact angles.
