Priced competitively with EIFS, the system offers a sleek painted metal finish with optional decorative trims. The controlled fabrication process and simplified installation make the S-Wall a top choice for building retrofits, requiring no additional firesafing or field sealant. This innovative system promotes a clean installation environment while reducing material waste through its shop-assembled process, all compliant with NYC’s Local Law 11 for building façades.

At Dextall, we proudly showcased our cutting-edge S-Wall retrofit system in a real-world mockup at Eagle Avenue. This project offered the perfect platform to demonstrate the superior performance and ease of installation of S-Wall.

For the Eagle Avenue project, Dextall’s team utilized 3D scanning technology to precisely measure the building façade, ensuring a perfect fit for our panels. The result was a prompt and smooth installation. Feedback from both the client and architect was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the system's efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
